How much coverage is included in The Vow Keepsake?
The Vow Keepsake starts at $1,500 and includes up to one hour of Super 8 coverage with up to two cartridges of real Kodak motion picture film. Professional development, 4K scanning, premium color finishing, licensed music, and digital delivery are all included. Additional coverage time and film cartridges may be arranged depending on your plans.
How long is the finished film?
The finished length depends on the footage captured during your coverage. The standard keepsake is a beautifully finished, lightly edited chronological film set to licensed music, preserving the natural movement, atmosphere, and emotion of your elopement.
What is premium color finishing?
Every Super 8 film receives individualized color finishing after professional development and 4K scanning. I carefully refine exposure, contrast, color balance, and tonal warmth to bring out the beauty of each scene while preserving the authentic grain, texture, and character of real Kodak motion picture film. This thoughtful finishing process gives your keepsake a cohesive, cinematic look without losing what makes Super 8 so special.
Can we upgrade to a more cinematic highlight film?
Absolutely! The Vow Keepsake includes a beautifully finished, lightly edited chronological film with licensed music. For couples wanting something more intentionally crafted, the $495 Story Edit Upgrade creates a 2–3 minute cinematic highlight with thoughtful sequencing, refined pacing, and music-driven storytelling. This cinematic editing approach is already included in all of my standard Super 8 wedding film packages.
Can we add photography to our Super 8 elopement?
Absolutely! Photography can be incorporated into your one-hour Super 8 experience as a complementary part of your coverage. We'll set aside a few moments for beautiful, thoughtfully composed photographs while continuing to capture the atmosphere and movement of your elopement on real film. Hybrid photography and Super 8 coverage is available as an optional enhancement, with pricing based on your plans.
Do you film elopements in New York City?
Yes! Based in New Orleans, I also offer select New York elopement dates throughout the year, including NYC courthouse weddings, City Clerk ceremonies, private vows, and short city portrait walks. Airfare may be included for select New York bookings depending on the date and availability. Lodging and direct travel expenses are quoted separately. Other destination elopements are also welcome.

Yes. Super 8 can be added to wedding photography coverage or booked as a standalone service depending on availability.
What parts of the wedding day work best for Super 8?

Is Super 8 reliable?
Super 8 is an analog film format, which means it carries some natural unpredictability. I use tested cameras, fresh Kodak film, careful loading, and backup systems whenever possible, but part of the beauty of Super 8 is that it is real film — organic, textured, and imperfect.
When will we receive our Super 8 film?
Delivery depends on film processing, scanning, editing, and the season, but most Super 8 wedding films are delivered within the timeline listed in your proposal or agreement.
Do you travel for Super 8 wedding films?
Yes. Super 8 wedding films are available in New Orleans, throughout Louisiana, and for destination weddings depending on availability. For weddings outside New Orleans, airfare would be covered.
